Dry hire
The simplest way to book the Airstream. We deliver, level and style the bar in place at your venue and collect at pack down. No staff, no glassware, no service. BYO alcohol.

5 hour service
A clean, considered bar moment for intimate weddings and refined private events. Two RSA qualified bartenders, a curated drinks setup and the Airstream as the room’s quiet centrepiece. BYO alcohol, we run the bar.

6 hour service
The most booked package. A full bar service with two signature cocktails built to your colour palette, a polished front of house presence from welcome drink to last toast. BYO alcohol, we run the bar.

Table service
Table service for the seated moments. The team pours drinks to the table through dinner and speeches so guests stay where they are, then closes out the night on the bar. Built for weddings, brand activations and seated celebrations. BYO alcohol, we run the bar.

Themed or tailored styling for the Airstream, inside, outside, or both. Custom cushions, decals, potted greenery and considered detail to tie the bar into your event. A short styling brief from you sets the direction.

Hand cut crystal or Riedel stemware in place of standard barware. Coupes, flutes, wine and rocks, chosen to suit your drinks list and the photographs.

A curated cigar selection with cutters, ashtrays and a quiet lounge setup. Old leather, warm light, ritual. For grooms before the ceremony, partners after the deal, or the close of a long night.
